We have/had our appliances on the Home Service Plus plan with Centerpoint Energy, and after multiple attempts by their technician to fix our furnace (and previously our a/c), and then being told by their technician that we needed a new a/c unit and a new furnace I called Daryl with Twin Lakes Heating & Cooling. I didn't believe what Centerpoint was telling me and good thing I called him! That was not the case, and both my a/c and furnace were repairable and did not need to be replaced at all. If you are looking for a heating & cooling company that knows their stuff, is courteous, reliable, dependable and trust worthy, then Twin Lakes Heating & Cooling is it!”
